LASIK for Local Heroes

We will be awarding a free LASIK procedure to a local Firefighter, Police Officer, Nurse, and one to a member of any military branch who is actively serving in the Armed Forces and stationed locally.
All entries are due by Wednesday, March 31, 2010.

To qualify, simply write in and tell us why you need and want LASIK surgery. We will narrow our choices down and contact a select few to come in for a free LASIK screening to make sure that you are an appropriate candidate. After the screenings are complete we will choose our 4 winners!
