Our AAAHC accredited surgery center is the largest single specialty surgery center in our region. We perform only eye surgery, allowing us to attract the finest specialty nurses and support staff in the region. We invest only in state of the art equipment and have the latest versions of phacoemulsification devices.

Florida's First LenSx Custom Cataract Laser

LenSx Laser - Putting the Future in MotionThe nine physicians of The Eye Center of North Florida are the group of doctors that are responsible for the introduction of this new technology into our area. There are only 25 of these lasers in the world, 15 in the nation, and The Eye Center is the first practice to have one in the state of Florida. Dr. Bret Fisher and Dr. Paul Garland, both surgeons at The Eye Center, look forward to using this new technology for their patients and revolutionizing the way cataract surgery is performed.
