The Eye Center of North Florida is located at the corner of E. 25th St. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. (Highway 77).

If you are coming from the northeast, take U.S. Route 231 south. Make a slight right onto E. 23rd St. Turn right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and head north. Make a U-turn and look for our office at 2500.

If you are coming from the southeast, take E. 15th St. west until you hit N. Cove Blvd. (Highway 77/Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.). Go past the intersection of E. 23rd St., make a U-turn and end at 2500.

If you are coming from downtown, take U.S. Route 231 north to N. Cove Blvd (Highway 77). Continue north; past E. 23rd St. Make a U-turn on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. until you reach 2500.

If you are coming from the bay area, take W. 23rd Street east until you hit Highway 77. Turn left, make a U-turn and look for our office.

If you are farther south, take W. 15th St. east to U.S. Route 231 North. Travel north until you reach N. Cove Blvd. and make a left. Make a U-turn onto Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. until you reach 2500.

If you are coming from the north, take Highway 77 south to the 2500 block.
