Animal-Free
These filler injections are a clear, non-animal-based, biodegradable gel—composed of hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in your body. When injected, this gel fills the lines and wrinkles in your face, and adds moisture and lubrication to the skin. This makes your skin look and feel younger, healthier and rejuvenated.
Restylane® is created from tissue cultivated in a lab. This means that unlike older fillers, it is not derived from animal products.
Low Risk
Because it requires only a few injections and no incisions or removal of tissue, Restylane® poses a low risk of complications. So virtually anyone who wishes to reduce noticeable lines or wrinkles in their face is a candidate for Restylane® (with the exception of those allergic to bacterial protein).
- Restylane has intermediate-sized particles. It can be used as a lip filler or to treat wrinkles.
The injections do not require anesthesia (except for lipo, we offer a dental block to prevent pain) and are applied over the course of 10 minutes to an hour. The treatment is minimally painful, fast and quick to recover from.
