LASIK For Local Heroes

This year’s winner of the LASIK for Local Heroes contest is Panama City Firefighter Billy Mixon. Billy will receive free LASER LASIK surgery this month, Compliments of Dr. Bret Fisher, The Eye Center of North Florida, and our community partner, Gulf Coast Medical Center.
