Honoring the bravery of all Bay County first responders, health care workers, and active military members, The Eye Center of North Florida welcomes you to nominate a local hero for the opportunity to win free LASIK surgery.
Voting ends at 11:59pm on October 31st, 2024. A team of judges will select one winner to receive one Bi-lateral Blade - free LASIK procedure ($5,000 value) with Dr. David "Ben" Enfield. This winner will be announced on Friday, November 15.

The 'LASIK Hero Contest' promotion is open only to Bay County first responders, health care workers, and active military members who were submitted as a valid entry during the nomination period and who have not previously undergone laser vision correction.
Applications will be accepted September 2, 2024 through October 31, 2024. Any nominations received after the deadline will not be considered.
One winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the The Eye Center of North Florida. The winner will receive a Bi-lateral Blade LASIK procedure, valued at $5,000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
The selected winner will be announced on Friday, November 15, 2024. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the nomination entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
By participating in the LASIK Hero Contest, the participant acknowledges and agrees that The Eye Center of North Florida may use the submitted nomination stories, names, and images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and press releases.
Any personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Contest and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
